Four Paws Mobile Pet Grooming Service Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking our mobile pet grooming services.
1. Service Description:
- Our mobile pet grooming service includes grooming procedures such as bathing, brushing, haircutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other grooming tasks as requested by the pet owner.
- We strive to provide high-quality grooming services with utmost care and professionalism.
2. Appointment Booking:
- Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our WhatsApp
- We require advance booking to ensure availability.
- Changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Pet Health and Behavior:
- It is the responsibility of the pet owner to inform us of any health issues, allergies, or behavioral concerns related to their pet.
- Aggressive or overly anxious pets may require special handling or sedation. In such cases, the pet owner must inform us in advance.
4. Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.
- Prices may vary based on the size, breed, and condition of the pet.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee 45 AED.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or vehicle breakdown, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments.
6. Owner Restriction:
- For the safety of both pets and groomers, pet owners are not permitted inside the grooming unit during the grooming process.
7. Liability:
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming, accidents or injuries may occur.
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of property related to our grooming services.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet to our equipment or vehicle.
8. Pet Ownership Verification:
- We reserve the right to ask for proof of ownership or vaccination records for the pet being groomed.
9. Customer Satisfaction:
- We value customer satisfaction and welcome feedback on our services.
- If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with the grooming service, they should contact us within 24 hours of the appointment for resolution.
10. Service Area:
- Our mobile pet grooming service operates within a Dubai area. Additional charges may apply for appointments outside this area.
11. Privacy Policy:
- We respect the privacy of our customers and their pets. Personal information provided to us will only be used for the purpose of providing grooming services.
